By purchasing tickets for any tour and / or event hosted by the R.I. Pirate Guy LLC, I understand any and all risks involved and will not hold the R.I. Pirate Guy LLC liable, nor pursue legal action against the R.I. Pirate Guy LLC, for any for any and all injuries, illness, deaths, damages, theft, inclement weather, unforeseen circumstances, and / or pirate attacks occurring during the duration of the tour and / or event. Tickets are non-refundable when cancelled within 24 hours of the departure of the tour and / or if you miss the tour departure time. Tours begin promptly at the start time, the R.I. Pirate Guy LLC recommends you arrive at the start point at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour. Tours run in all weather, rain or shine, please dress accordingly.
